| Born: | 1 August 1961 - Fort Worth, Texas My father was in the military so I only lived there until I was three. I have absolutely no memories of the place. |
| School: | Atwater H.S., Atwater, CA - I grew up primarily in central California (farm country). Being that I wasn't really agriculturely oriented, I didn't exactly fit in real well. As soon as I could, I left to go to college in southern California at the University of California, Irvine - BSEE, 1986. So then I moved to the most conservative county in all of California to go to school. It wasn't so bad, though. I found a job to support me while going to school and the drive to the clubs in Los Angeles isn't all that bad (especially after growing up in a cultural wasteland). |
| Work: | I used to work at a large company that frequently resembled the workplace in the Dilbert comic strip. In 1995, due to the threat of imminent downsizing, I escaped the world of large, multinational corporations for the shoot from the hip environment of a small, high-tech startup. Unfortunately, we shot ourselves in the foot and ended up in Chapter 11 (bankruptcy). 1997-1998 was not a real fun time for me, workwise. Now I'm at another small, high-tech startup and we're trying to spin the roulette wheel all over again (you'd think I'd have learned). |
| Play: | HEY! I said I work at a startup company, who has time for playing. |
